Alot of you have asked why does it take so long to get new content up on the lounge, well, the site is somewhat focused on the independent artist, and well guess what, i am one. I don't do music, consider that a blessing, but i am a painter, and i do this site in my spare time.... that includes shooting each video and editing, compressing and trying to keep some kind of quality throughout the process. ... I have to make sure all the compressed versions look good (downloadable versions), and make sure they work on the product I compressed them for. ... I am working my way up to creating a weekly podcast, but that is up to you guys. I want to have the ability to see your content and talk about it in a podcast and have your friends that you invite ask questions and so on.

The feature film and animated series fill the gaps between Episodes II and III, and will be done in a 3d animated version of the short series that appeared on the cartoon network related to the clones or the Star Wars movies. ...Inside one of them, Anakin briefs his young liege Ahsoka on the upcoming battle, telling his young apprentice to stay close because it isn't practice although she's very cocky and self-assured, snapping back that she'll try not get him killed. The battle scene is quite impressive as we get to see Ahsoka in action against a large armored vehicle that's able to climb up a vertical cliff-face, followed by a scene of Count Dooku relaying his plans to his own dark apprentice Asajj Ventress via the normal Jedi hologram communication, their plans interrupted by the entrance of Ben Kenobi, leading to a short lightsaber fight between them, Ventress disarming Kenobi with her advantage of two lightsabers to his one. The animation looked somewhat primitive compared to what else is out there with the characters not being as detailed as some might like, but the battle sequences are still very exciting and impressive. (comingsoon.net) ...But there's three worlds: There's my world that I made up, there's the licensing world that's the books, the comics, all that kind of stuff, the games, which is their world, and then there's the fans' world, which is also very rich in imagination, but they don't always mesh.

After it has been proved that Comcast have been short changing users of BitTorrent from having the full speeds that customers have been paying for, the cable internet company decided to make it official by burying in their fine print riddled Terms of Service agreement. ...The FCC has been getting its own earful complaints, and according to Ars Technicas report , "Comcast has denied throttling BitTorrent traffic, saying that the ISP just "delays" or "postpones" it on occasion. ... A more accurate explanation of Comcast's use of TCP reset packets, to build on the phone analogy, would be talking on the phone with someone and then both of you hearing the other's voice saying "hang up." ...Many do not know that there is a quiet battle being made again by the big companies ( like recording labels (wanting to control music prices and distribution), oil companies( deterring the electric car), Walmart (forcing companies to use China for manufacturing nearly anything it sells), to name a few) to control internet traffic and wanting to change the pricing rules to customers. ...Phones are now internet compliant, soon TV's will stream video using ethernet or wifi, cars will have internet access, we are literally in the beginning stages of being an internet based zombie society and we don't even pay attention to how, who nor why.

He walks along the corridor and films the photos in the hall and walks into the room and films Beth while she is sleeping in bed Beth wakes up and talks to Rob for a minute before the camera cuts to her trying to catch fruit in her mouth that Rob is throwing at her lying in bed. ...He goes over to Hud who is helping prepare Rob’s leaving party and tells him is he is going to be in charge of the camera at the party and he just has to go around and get everybody to film a farewell message for Rob, like they do at weddings. ...Soon after she leaves the monster attacks and everybody leaves the party and they hide in a shop. when they go out onto the street they see buildings collapsing and they decide they have to get out of NY, They head to the Brooklyn Bridge and there Beth calls Rob saying she is trapped and can’t move. ...At that moment the army emerges and says they have found four survivors and take them into a room where all the other survivors are (nearly all are near dead) at that moment Marlena starts bleeding from here eye and everybody starts screaming she is infected and they drag her into a sealed place and you see blood splatter everywhere (it looks like the shot her or she exploded, but you don’t see it happen). ...They leave the place and run to Beth’s apartment to see that it is leaning over onto another apartment, They decide to go up the opposite building and then cross where the building has fallen into the other one to get in to Beth’s room (39th floor).

It could be the upgrade to the 3G iPhone, which i don't think it is, at least not big enough to make banners about it. G4 (formally Tech TV) is the gaming network on television, thanks to them we can enjoy some updates to the latest Guitar Hero 3 among others.

Nintendo Demos Wii Zapper

It took them a while, but Nintendo is finally busting out its Wii Zapper accessory for housing the Wiimote and Nunchaku in a FPS-friendly shell. It'll be out this year, shipping for free with a "far along" unannounced title from Nintendo, and selling stand alone at retail for $20. More pics after the break.

A company by the name of ecamm Network has created a small app to allow the iPhone to be used as a small hard drive. The iPhone does not allow for files to be placed inside the phone like a regular ipod. So this has allowed for third party companies to create applications that allow this simple capability to occur. ...A company by the name of Syncronica has announced Exchange support for iPhones using their Mobile Gateway 3.0. Using the iPhone standard email protocols, the gateway will permit over the air emails with corporate exchange servers without any server upgrades and without opening any secure firewalls.

I first must recommend for anyone seeing this movie that they watch at least Harry Potter 4, which this movie references almost the whole movie, and anyone that has not seen it will probably be lost. The whole Harry crew have come of age, their teen years are showing and Harry is slowly not gonna be able to pull off a young character, with one book left to go I am sure production for the last movie has already begun even though everything about the ending of the Harry adventures is kept in a dark secret till the book is released. ...In what seems like a minor play of politics ( ala Bush not listening that the war is failing), the Ministry of Wizards ignores warnings of the return of "He who must not be named". ...Although the movie hints at Nevill's importance it is implied that "He" may be chasing the wrong wizard (Harry) and it may be our innocent low esteem Neville that is the big gun wizard? ...The parent may wanna stay home, but I saw this movie with my daughter (a fan), and just to see the face of awe of this movie and their utter joy, this movie turns into a must see.

Sony gets ripped over price drop of PS3

After getting its butt whipped by the Xbox 360 (which has its own problems) and the Nintendo Wii, Sony has lowered its prices by $100, making it $499 with a 60Gb Hard drive and also launching a new 80Gb next month at $599. CNBC interviews Jack Tretton to grill him as to why within 7 months of selling PS3's have they lowered the prices. ... Also keep in mind that Sony also launched a Blu-Ray player for about $500. So it looks like they don't want the PS3 to knock on those sales either.

I know the site so far isn't very fancy. ... Keep in mind that there is an entire DVD multimedia magazine being produced while this site is being worked on. I appreciate all the support we have received and intend on making the site a premier destination online. Soon we will be producing podcasts and perhaps video podcasts. Also feel free on sending us ideas and let us know what you really want in a dvd magazine publication.
